First things first, this is the UK law position on drugs:
Class A’s (Hallucinogens, Ecstasy, Heroin, Cocaine): You can earn yourself up to 7 years in prison or a fine, or both, for possession. If you are found to be supplying be prepared to be locked up for life.
Class B’s (Amphetamines): You can earn yourself up to 5 years in prison or a fine, or both, for possession. For supplying you can risk up to 14 years in prison and/or a fine.
Class C’s (Cannabis and some prescribed medications): You can earn yourself up to 2 years in prison or a fine, or both, for possession. Supplying can earn you 5 years in prison and/or a fine. Cannabis law is still quite murky so be warned, the sentences could be stiffer. |
