What you need:
2 slices of bread (85p/loaf)
Tomato Puree (24p/tube)
1 fresh tomato (15p)
4 slices of cheddar (£1.60/250g)
What to do:
- Spread the tomato on the bread. Place 2 slices of cheddar on top. Slice the tomato and then place on top of the cheddar.
- Place under the grill for 3-4 mins and remove when the cheese starts to bubble.
Make it healthier:
1) Use wholemeal bread
2) Use reduced fat cheddar
