What you need:
2 slices of bread (85p/loaf)
4 slices of cheddar (£1.60/250g)
Pepper
What to do:
- Place 2 slices of cheddar on top of each slice of bread. Place under the grill for 3-4 mins and remove when the cheese starts to bubble.
- It's great if you sprinkle a bit of Worcester sauce on top after you’ve taken it out of the grill.
Make it healthier:
1) Use wholemeal or brown bread
2) Use reduced fat cheddar
